About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a General Operator to join our client''s team in their busy Cambridge facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

• Receiving and checking incoming stock

• Accurately storing and rotating inventory

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Supporting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies

• Following all site health and safety procedures

• Carrying out general warehouse duties as needed

About You:

• Previous warehouse or general operative experience is advantageous but not essential

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Able to work efficiently and meet performance targets

• A team player with good communication skills

• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious

• Flexible and quick to learn
