Radius is seeking a Associate Director - Project Management - DatacentreThis role requires someone who experience of Datacentre new builds from RIBA stages 1-4. Must have a strong understanding of planning, Building regulations, local council planning, working with 3rd party principle contractors, managing and mentoring other Project managers, strong commercial awareness, strategic, MEP / MandE and strong leadership experience.Establishing controlled project environmentsProject Programme - Develop detailed target project programmes and review progress against target. Escalate any issues and actively support the development of options for programme recoveryProcurement - Procure design teams, plant and equipment, and contractors. Check tender documentation released for completeness. Administer tender clarifications and assist with tender evaluations and recommendations. Support negotiations on contract terms and conditions and compiling Cost Control - Review all estimates, cost plans, cost reports and cash-flows prepared by in-house and/or external teams and comment on completeness. Participate in seeking funding approval as required. Always consider the project budget, funding approvals and cashflows and escalate any matters that may lead to deviations from planned and approved expenditure.
