Key Responsibilities Investigate, diagnose, and carry out remedial works for mould, damp, and condensation issues. Complete carpentry repairs and associated making-good works in occupied homes. Identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide a professional, courteous service to residents and minimise disruption. Ensure work is completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with health and safety requirements. Person Specification Essential: Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential properties. Ability to investigate, diagnose, and treat mould, damp, and condensation issues. Strong customer service and communication skills. Desirable: Experience in social housing or occupied properties.
