As the ideal candidate you will have experience of leading manufacturing operations in an automotive supplier or similar business and be confident of delivering best practice across Production, Maintenance, Quality, HandS, and Planning. Working closely with the MD and Senior Team your tasks and duties will include: Leading Operations which includes, Production, Maintenance, Quality, HS, Customer service / planning Lead and manage the full Operations function across multiple lines and shifts. Ensure production targets (output, quality, efficiency) are consistently achieved or exceeded. Implement and drive Lean Manufacturing, JIT, and continuous improvement methodologies across the plant. Manage production planning in collaboration with supply chain, logistics, and engineering teams. Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and customer-specific requirements.
