Location: Harwood, Bolton (BL2)
Hours: Monday-Friday

• Option 1: 7:30am-10:00am & 3:00pm-6:00pm
• Option 2 (flexible): 7:30am-9:00am & 2:00pm-6:00pm
  Contract: Permanent
  Start Date: ASAP

A friendly and welcoming Primary School in Harwood, Bolton (BL2) is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Before & After School Club Manager to lead their wraparound care provision. This is a permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is confident managing a safe, engaging and structured environment outside of the school day.

This role would suit someone with a childcare background who is ready to take on more responsibility, or an experienced practitioner looking to step into a leadership position.

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the before and after school club
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children
• Supervising children during breakfast and after-school sessions
• Managing routines, registers and communication with parents
• Leading and supporting other staff members where applicable
• Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety and welfare standards are met

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
• Previous experience working with children
• A positive, organised and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage routines and create a structured environment
• Managerial or leadership experience desirable but not essential
