Hub IT Support Coordinator

Location: Tidworth Pay Rate:£18.87 per hour via Umbrella£14.54 per hour via Hays PAYEWork ScheduleMon - Fri 09:00 -17:30 Contract Length: 6 months We arelooking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage operational activities at our regional Hub and surrounding spokes. The role is central to maintaining service levels, managing hardware workflows, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.Ticket Management: Oversee and update support tickets assigned to the Hub, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with contracted service levelsAsset andamp; Stock Control: Manage incoming and outgoing hardware through accurate scanning and asset tracking proceduresDisposal Coordination: Handle hardware disposals efficiently and in accordance with contract termsHardware Repairs: Triage and repair in-warranty equipment, working with vendors for parts, returns, and warranty complianceLocker Maintenance: Replenish hardware lockers as needed to support field engineers and local operationsService Monitoring: Identify potential service risks or opportunities for improvement and escalate to the Team LeaderCompliance: Adhere to agreed procedures from both Computacenter and any site-specific Authority regulationsWith highly developed interpersonal skills, you''ll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience.
