We are seeking an experienced HR Employee Relations Partner to join our regional team and play a key role in fostering positive employee relations across multiple sites. What you''ll be responsible for: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing clear, practical guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters. Oversee and resolve a varied caseload of ER issues across several locations, including informal concerns and formal disciplinary and grievance cases. Collaborate closely with senior HR leadership to develop and implement effective employee relations strategies. Support managers in addressing performance management, conduct issues, and employee capability challenges, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law. Lead complex employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, investigations, and formal hearings. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect legal requirements and industry best practices. Deliver training and coaching to managers and employees on ER processes, workplace standards, and organisational policies.
