You will play a key role in supporting highly automated warehouse systems, working in a fast-paced environment where reliability is everything.Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Warehouse Management and Material Flow SystemsMonitor server availability and perform system updatesDesign and run test scenarios to identify software faultsProduce system documentation, user guides, and support reportsWork closely with internal teams and end-users to ensure system stability and uptimeWhat You''ll Need

BSc / HND / HNC in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related disciplineStrong knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)Linux experience is essentialExperience with Java or other object-oriented languages is advantageousAbility to analyse technical data, solve problems and work independentlyExcellent communication and documentation skillsWillingness to work on a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekendsAbility to work on-site and travel occasionally to other locationsAbout Us
