Sous Chef - Exclusive Private Members Club - 40-48 hours per week

This iconic private members club is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join is stable brigade. You will be creating modern British cuisine to a 2 AA Rosette standard and there is strong focus on using the best quality produce available.You will be contracted to 40 hours per week with all overtime paid hourly.You will be working in a multioutlet kitchen which supports the restaurant, events, terrace and bar.
