Contracts Manager
A well established and growing construction business is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee new build and refurbishment projects up to 5m across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, leisure and healthcare.The Role You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the required standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the pre-construction team with any support and advise during the tender period as may be required.Manage several construction contracts and projects simultaneouslyCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersProduce all programmes at construction stage and then continuously monitor and review progress of all programmesChair the design meetings with design consultants and supply chain and issue meeting minutesEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsMonitor budgets, costs, and project timelinesLiaise with clients and key stakeholdersCarry out regular site visits and progress reviewsResolve issues and mitigate risks effectivelyAbout YouProven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction processes and regulationsExcellent leadership and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communication and problem-solving abilityFull UK driving licence Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction and Property recruitment. ..... full job details .....
