Payroll Assistant Competitive Full-time Permanent LondonA leading educational foundation is seeking an experienced Payroll assistant to join its established HR and Payroll function. This is a key role supporting the payroll team in delivery of accurate, compliant, and high-quality payroll services across multiple payrolls, while assisting the Payroll Manager and working across 2 monthly payrolls with 1000 staff.This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, professional environment where accuracy, integrity and strong stakeholder relationships are essential.The RoleYou will play a central part in ensuring the smooth running of monthly payrolls and benefits administration across the organisation. Working alongside the Payroll Manager, you be involved in processing multi-sited payrolls, while supporting wider payroll operations and statutory reporting.Key Responsibilities include:Supporting multiple Foundation payrolls, working closely with the Payroll Manager.Responding to payroll and pension queries, providing clear guidance to employees and managers.Supporting statutory submissions, including gender pay gap and ONS reporting.Working in partnership with HR, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration between HR and payroll systems.About YouYou will have at least 2-3 years'' experience in Payroll Administration and possess strong technical knowledge within payroll, excellent excel skills, confidence processing manual calculations and excellent ..... full job details .....
