As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.Managing the customer ticket queue in collaboration with team members, ensuring timely resolution.Handling online quotations and orders.Inputting orders into the system with accuracy and efficiency.Sharing product knowledge with customers to provide support and advice.Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager to deliver an excellent customer experience.Troubleshooting delivery issues and demonstrating empathy when resolving problems.Assisting the team with other administrative duties as required.
