Turning over circa £1bn, the business operates within the residential market with both private tenure and HA schemes. Projects are administered via JCT and NEC forms of contract and value up to £50mil.About the role of Senor Quantity Surveyor:As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, with a more junior Surveyor reporting into you. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time whilst maximising profits.Key Responsibilities as Senior Quantity Surveyor:Work alongside the pre-construction team through pre-constructionManage sub-contract procurementManage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variationsManage monthly valuations and liaise with the clientDeal with final accountsMentor junior members of the Surveying team and be involved in their professional developmentKey Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:Hold a HNC or construction related degreeHave a proven track record of delivering schemes administered via JCT or NEC forms of contractExtensive knowledge of civils packages is highly sought afterHave the full right to work in the UKThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established business with a strong pipeline of work.
