You will be involved in:Implement and improve boards and routines with operational teamsTrain/ coach by running awareness sessions with teamsLaunch and participate in management go-look-see providing structured feedbackMeasure and report maturity (KPIs, activities, self-assessment)Co-facilitate workshopsParticipate in industrial assessmentsCo-facilitate building MES roadmap / Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) with operational teamsExchange good practices with other Change Agents Your skillset may include:Good knowledge of Operating System (OS) standards, global system view, and Operational Excellence principlesGood awareness of Lean / six sigma principles, methods, and toolsAbility to tutor OS bricks and MES usage to FLM, technicians, and operators with associated routinesUnderstanding of change management basics and ability to adapt ways of tutoring accordinglyAbility to provide structure feedback to leaders on ..... full job details .....
