Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of food safety, and a commitment to high-quality food preparation. As the Head Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure that our restaurant maintains its reputation for excellence in hospitality. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and teamwork. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Assist in the preparation of meals, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. Handle any customer complaints or feedback regarding food quality or service. Qualifications Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
