On their behalf we are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator (VDA) to join their expanding operations Key responsibilities include; Inspecting damage on vehicles to assess what work would be required, Creating accurate repair assessments in line with current repair methodology, Provide time scales and costings for any work completed. Providing Estimates for repair ensuring they are fair and cost effective Inputting workflow liaise with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner. Reviewing work progress and identifying issues. Skills and Experience required Current City and Guilds or IMI VDA Certificate Experience in using Audatex Ideally experience with GT Motive Experience of working on cars and light commercial vehicles A good communicator with an awareness of customer service ethics and expectation Working hours are 42.5 per week Monday to Friday.
