We are seeking a dynamic People Partner to join our People Team, playing a pivotal role in the recruitment of approximately 400 temporary summer staff, including teachers and pastoral support staff across our UK locations, while also supporting international recruitment and Head Office recruitment. Your primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the first point of contact through the recruitment process.Duties and Responsibilities
Lead recruitment process for temporary summer team of teachers and pastoral support staff across multiple UK locationsSupport international recruitment efforts for the USA and Dubai operations and the Head Office recruitmentProvide an excellent first point of contact for Oxford Royale applicants, ensuring an exceptional candidate experienceReview applications in a timely manner, managing seasonal peaks effectivelyInterview candidates in line with pre-arranged profiles and role requirementsCoordinate and deliver assessment centres for campus pastoral teamsUtilise the ATS system to monitor and manage applications and candidates efficientlyAttend recruitment events to attract top talent and showcase Oxford RoyaleSupport onboarding processes, including DBS checks, Right to Work verification, and reference collectionLiaise with HR and Recruitment colleagues and Operations delivery teamsReport recruitment progress, challenges, and insights to the Chief People OfficerCollect feedback from applicants and stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processesEnsure accurate matching of diverse candidates to specific job attributes and location requirementsPerson Specification
Strong attention to detail with the ability to match candidates to specific job requirements accuratelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create positive candidate experiencesExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databasesProficiency in using business software and the ability to learn new systems quicklyFlexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlinesApproachable and personable with excellent relationship-building skillsTakes accountability and responsibility for outcomes and deliveryCollaborative team player who supports cross-functional workingCultural awareness when working with international candidates and stakeholdersPosition Details
