Hours
Full time and part time available. Harmless operates a 4-day working model with full-time staff working 32 hours per week.
Salary
£24,648 per annum, pro rata, rising to £26,179 per annum, pro rata, on successful completion of a probationary period.
Job Description

Main Purpose and Scope of the Job
Support hope and recovery ethos through clinical and non-clinical psychosocial interventions.
Implement assertive outreach to promote early intervention across the region.
Collaborate with communities to promote health and resilience using diverse interventions.
Enhance access to Harmless’s psychological care and support services.
Support service users'' recovery by activities that improve quality of life, including employment, social engagement, advocacy, and housing.
Coordinate external services to meet clients’ long-term needs.
Meet and exceed individual and service KPIs.
Manage safeguarding responses to ensure safety and coordinated care.
Assist Service leads in achieving organisational and clinical objectives.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support community safety.
Uphold referral pathways and reduce stigma related to self-harm, suicide, and bereavement.
Willingness to travel and flexibility; candidates must have access to a car or alternative transport.
