This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, multi-disciplinary team with strong career development prospects.Role OverviewYou''ll be responsible for delivering a wide range of professional rural surveying services, including:Advising landowners on strategies to maximise land value (option and promotion agreements)Providing guidance on tenancy matters for landlords and tenantsUndertaking valuations of rural, residential, and commercial propertyAssisting with property sales and lettingsManaging compensation claims, grants, subsidies, and joint venturesBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsSupporting business planning and contributing to financial performanceManaging your workload to meet agreed targetsCandidate ProfileMRICS qualified and ideally a Registered ValuerStrong understanding of property, land, agriculture, and business mattersAble to work independently and collaborativelyCommercially aware with budget and workload management skillsProactive, self-motivated, and confident in taking initiativeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIT proficientFull UK driving licence and access to a business-insured vehicleBenefitsCompetitive salary based on ..... full job details .....
