Project Manager - Business Readiness (Contract) Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension)Location: Warwick/Hybrid (2 days on site)Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and experienced Transition Project Manager / Business Readiness lead to support the planning, coordination, and execution of business readiness transition activities required to implement the new Monarch SCADA system. This role will work closely with the Cutover and Transition Lead and other key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and risk-managed transition to the target state. Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Readiness Planning:Develop and manage the readiness plan, including pre and post Cutover and transition planning activities, ensuring alignment with programme timelines and interdependencies.Operational Readiness Coordination:Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness, including business units, IT change management, and support functions.Business Process Implementation:Oversee the implementation of new business processes and ways of working associated with the Monarch SCADA system, ensuring effective integration and transition into daily operations (BAU).Risk Management:Identify and communicate risks related to Transition and Cutover activities, driving status updates and managing issue resolution.Monitoring and Reporting:Provide regular updates to programme governance forums on the ..... full job details .....
