We have an exciting opportunity for a technically savvy individual to join our newly built Inside Sales Centre of Excellence in the heart of London. This role will require knowledge of Turkish language and attendance at the London office five days a week. Working alongside Inside Sales Account Managers, you will play a key role in developing the technology strategy and solutions for the accounts assigned to the Inside Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical expertise on a wide range of products and support defining the integration within the customer''s technical environment.Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes.Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.Develop and deliver technical onboarding for new members of the Inside Sales team.Provide technical updates to the team.Stay connected with the Sales Engineers across EMEA with focus on Middle East.Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Proficient in Turkish and English language.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience from sales environment is a plus.Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to travel to office 5 days a week.Benefits
