Transactional Finance Manager

for a dynamic West London-based organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while leading a growing team to deliver accurate, timely, and scalable finance operations.Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team within transactional finance, ensuring workloads are balanced, efficient, and aligned with company values.Oversee vendor and customer payments, including regular runs, urgent payments, and refunds.Maintain financial controls across vendor/customer onboarding, tax treatment, GDPR, and statutory compliance.Manage aged debtors/creditors, reconciliations, statement reviews, and timely resolution of queries.Lead AP and AR reporting cycles, including reconciliations, balances, and payment processing.Act as primary contact for audits, system upgrades, and integrations.Identify and implement process and system improvements with a focus on automation and scalability.Qualifications
