This role sits within the Civils arm of the business which specialises in a range of Civil and Infrastructure projects including, earthworks, section 278 works and rail freight. The Role The role will involve either joining the commercial team working on a large civils project or being commercially responsible for delivering your own slightly smaller project. The focus will revolve around the financial and commercial aspects of the site. Typical roles and responsibilities include: Issuing and commercial management of sub-contract tender packages. Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Reviewing of contract documents. Manage and maintain relationships with established list of supply chain sub-contractors.
