Nursery Deputy Manager Location: Haringey Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will assist the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and managing nursery staff. Supervise and appraise staff performance. Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements and nursery policies. Childcare and Education: Deliver high-quality learning, development, and care. Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Plan and oversee activities that support children''s progress. Communication and Partnerships: Build strong relationships with parents/carers, providing regular updates on their child s progress. Foster a collaborative environment with parents/carers to enhance children''s development. Requirements: Education and Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People''s Workforce or equivalent. Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable).
