Heathfield School is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Team Leader to join our welcoming independent boarding and day school. This vital, hands-on role involves leading the maintenance and housekeeping teams, ensuring the school estate is safe, compliant, and well-presented. You will combine practical skills with effective team leadership, support statutory checks, manage contractors, and contribute to the smooth running of school operations and events.Candidates with a strong background in facilities or estates management and a proactive, can-do attitude are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure the school estate is safe, compliant, and well-presented.Support statutory checks and regulatory compliance.Manage contractors and third-party service providers.Contribute to the smooth running of school operations and events.Foster a proactive, collaborative facilities/estates team culture.Qualifications
