Overview
Store Manager role at Topps Tiles. You’ll lead and motivate a close-knit team to deliver inspiring in-store experiences, amazing choice, and friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Sales come through great service, not hard selling. An interest in creativity or interior design helps you support customers to visualise their projects with in-store technology.You’ll create the business plan and develop your people to increase sales margins. You’ll manage every aspect of your store and continually look for ways to improve – as an individual, as a team, as a store. We’re looking for ambitious Store Managers who want their store and team to be the best in the land.No two days are the same—creativity, assisting with traders, lifting tiles, and handling deliveries are part of the role. There is a requirement to work across store opening hours (including weekends) with no evening work and no work on Christmas Eve or Boxing Day.What we’re looking for
As Store Manager, you’ll make sure that your store is an inspiring place to shop and that we wow customers with exceptional service. You’ll lead, coach, and develop your team to exceed sales and profit targets through excellent customer service. You’ll help customers visualise their projects and bring them to life using the available technology in-store.You should have retail experience with full PandL responsibility and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and strong financial results. You’ll be commercially aware with the business acumen to stay ahead of the competition and set your store apart. You’ll be a natural front-line leader who drives performance through clear leadership and people management.What we’ll do for you
