Senior Audit Manager

Location: GatwickSalary: £62,000 - £72,000 + Bonus and Cash Allowance

Following a meeting with the Partners of a Top 10 firm based in Gatwick, I am excited to work on several opportunities as the team experiences a period of exponential growth. They are looking to hire individuals at Senior Manager level who want long-term progression that is discussed from day one!

Your role as a Senior Audit Manager:

Act as a key contact for the firm, working closely with Directors and Partners to oversee and develop a team of dedicated auditors.

Liaise directly with clients across a range of corporate audit clients, including fast-growing OMBs and large PE-backed companies.

Contribute to business proposals and help build new client relationships.

Support departmental growth and identify opportunities for upselling.

What you''ll need to succeed:

ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent with post-qualification experience.

At least 3 years of experience within a UK accountancy practice.

Currently operating at a Senior Manager level with clear pathways to Director.

Experience in business development, including identifying and converting opportunities.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and International GAAS.

Ability to manage and develop staff.
