In this role, you will manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters. These include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and other related matters. Manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completionSupervise and train junior members of the teamHandle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgagesEnsure effective communication with clients, handling queries face-to-face, over the phone, and in writingWork with case management systems and Microsoft packagesIdentify opportunities for business development and building strong relationships with clients and introducersBenefits

Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2+ years\'' PQEExperience with the CQS protocolStrong technical knowledge of residential conveyancingAbility to manage a busy caseload and prioritize effectivelyExcellent client care and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong IT skills, with experience in case management systems and Microsoft Office
