Due to the nature of our provision, it would be highly advantageous if you have existing knowledge, experience and/or awareness around any of the following; SEN, SEMH, Speech and Language, Phonics, Number Bonds, Classroom Layout or Learning Through Play.The appointed candidate will have key responsibilities that include creating a learning culture and experience for pupils who find it a challenge to engage with a full programme of onsite learning, and to work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis to reengage them with onsite learning. You will also work closely with the SENCo and Curriculum Deputy on targeting and agreeing a programme of support and intervention for students, off and onsite.
