As a Hygiene Team Member, you will play a key role in upholding the quality, legality, and authenticity of company standards, helping customers achieve exceptional results through a shared passion for people and food. The organisation is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, welcoming applications from all sections of the community.Your Duties:Conduct duties in a manner that safeguards your own safety and the safety of others.Ensure all activities comply with Health and Safety and Hygiene procedures.Perform scheduled daily cleaning tasks.Clean processing equipment and production lines to meet required hygiene standards, verified through sample testing.Conduct deep cleaning of production areas as needed.Complete post-cleaning checks to ensure thoroughness.Accurately complete all necessary paperwork.Ensure that cleaning and personal protective equipment are functioning correctly at all times.Report any incidents or environmental concerns to the line manager.Notify the quality manager/supervisor of any issues that may compromise food safety or product quality.Carry out any other reasonable instructions given by the quality manager.Desired Criteria:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent planning and organisational abilitiesAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
