M&E Contracts Manager
£80,000-£90,000 + Travel + Bonus
London & South East | Projects up to £10m
We are seeking a driven and ambitious M&E Contracts Manager to join a thriving projects division, delivering a diverse range of design & build schemes including new-build student accommodation, care homes, residential developments, and commercial projects - typically valued between £5m-£10m.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business set to double in size, with a clear route to progress into Operations Manager within the next 12 months.
The Role

• Oversee delivery of four concurrent projects from Stage 3 design through to completion
• Manage design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of M&E works
• Lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical teams, whether directly or via subcontractors
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
• Ensure quality, programme, and commercial targets are achieved
• Drive best practice in health & safety and compliance

• Background in mechanical or electrical building services
• Proven track record managing multiple D&B projects from Stage 3 onwards
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work across varied sectors and adapt to different project needs
• Hunger and ambition to progress into a senior leadership role

• Salary: £80,000-£90,000 + Travel Expenses
• Annual bonus based on company performance - historically paid 95% over the past 15 years
