A fast-growing main contractor, with a turnover of around 200 million, is seeking a highly skilled Finishing Supervisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a trade background and a proven track record of managing the final finishes stage of a project. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the final stage of construction projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within budget and time constraints. Manage a team of skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, painters, and tilers, to ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to the highest quality. Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are running smoothly and to schedule. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times. Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective measures where necessary. Requirements: A trade background, such as carpentry, painting, or tiling. Significant experience in managing the final finishes stage of a construction project. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
