Quantity Surveyor / Estimator 55 000 + Car Allowance (flexibility)An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a well-established and growing construction business delivering a diverse portfolio of projects valued up to 2.5m.This is a dynamic role offering genuine responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across multiple live projects within a supportive and ambitious commercial team.The RoleReporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of all commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
