This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and performance of plant and equipment across two flour milling sites. Based primarily at Frampton on Severn, you''ll play a key role in reducing downtime, supporting site improvements, and maintaining a safe, efficient food manufacturing environment. The Ideal Candidate: Experience:Proven experience in fault finding and maintenance of production equipment.Background in food manufacturing or FMCG (desirable but not essential).Exposure to PLCs and diagnostics (desirable).Skills:Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Basic PC skills and familiarity with maintenance systems (desirable).Qualifications:Recognised Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification (apprenticeship, college, or equivalent).
