The role: As the Business Planning and Performance Specialist you will act as an enabler for the procurement department, focusing on performance tracking, financials, reporting and process improvement. Responsibilities: Performance and Financial Tracking: Manage departmental budgets and financials. Track procurement performance using KPIs (e.g., cost savings). Benchmark performance internally and externally. System and Data Management: Use and support the CMPS system (project management and benefits tracking tool). Assist category teams with data input, reporting, and system training. Analyse project timelines, resource planning, and utilization. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and lead improvement projects. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various teams and senior management. Present data insights in a clear, visual format (e.g., PowerPoint).
