Reporting directly to the Syndicate Finance Manager, you will be working in a busy environment, dealing with varied tasks throughout the day.Your new role Prepare syndicate management accountsCash Matching and AllocationPreparing statements for Underwriters, Clients and Third Party accountsAssist in filling of all Lloyds regulatory returns for Lloyds syndicatesPreparing payment runs for client and underwriters and submitting to Directors for approvalRunning credit control reportsDealing with bank, clients and brokers'' queries in a timely and professional mannerContribute to the development of systems for syndicate reportingWhat you''ll need to succeed Familiarity and experience of Lloyds reporting requirements e.g. QMA/B returns, US/Can Reporting and Solvency II returnsThe ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.Strong written and verbal communication skillsSounds knowledge of Excel, Vision and SUN accountsWhat you''ll get in return In return, you will receive an annual salary of up to 55,000 + Benefits which will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with the market rate.
