Kerry Robert Associates is delighted to be searching for an-Operations & Back Office Manager on behalf of a London based wine wholesaler.

Our client is a-small hands-on company that sources and distributes a carefully selected portfolio of wines and works closely-with trusted producers.

This role will suit a highly organised and proactive Operations & Back Office Manager to take charge of daily operations such as:

• Liaising with customers and suppliers
• Ensuring stock accuracy
• Purchasing
• Logistics (such as shipment tracking)

Requirements

The successful applicant must have the following skills:

• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Bevica is highly recommended
• Capable of managing operational issues such as order delays and stock discrepancies
• Great attention to detail
• Multi tasking
• Good communicator
• Experience in the wine and beverage sector would be an advantage

• Salary range from -40,000 to -45,000
