An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established team in Bradford. This is a chance to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, while also playing an important role in developing and supporting junior colleagues.The role is offered on a part-time basis, and we are open to discussing different models to suit the right candidate - whether that be three or four days a week, or condensed hours.The Role

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Deliver high-quality legal advice and provide an excellent standard of client care.Supervise, mentor, and train Conveyancing Assistants, supporting their professional development.Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm-wide procedures and contribute to maintaining best practice.Prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and client expectations.Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to support the continued growth of the conveyancing team.About You

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:A minimum of 5 years'' experience in a fee-earning role within conveyancing.Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex matters independently.Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client care.Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.A collaborative and proactive approach to work.What\''s on Offer
