Infrastructure Planners - Manchester

Key Responsibilities:Supporting the planning team on a diverse range of infrastructure projectsPreparing consent applications and taking responsibility for specific project aspectsDrafting reports and meeting with clients and key stakeholdersDelivering smaller projects in accordance with client objectives and timescalesCollaborating and mediating with internal teams including engineers, environmental experts, and communication specialistsLeading the planning consenting process from feasibility to implementationJob Requirements:Degree and/or masters in Town Planning and a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI)Good knowledge of relevant planning legislation and planning policyExperience in producing outputs required to support infrastructure consenting or planning policy productionExperience in developing working relationships with town planners and other disciplinesAbility to articulate complex issues concisely, write reports, present effectively, and manage client relationshipsProven project management skills with a successful record in planning and delivering projects or tasksCommercial/financial management experience that can be applied to the profitable management of projectsExperience in business development, including successfully bidding for workBenefits:Attractive total reward packageCompetitive, fair, and equitable payCareer development opportunitiesSupport for health and wellbeingPrivate medical insuranceLife assuranceAccident insuranceIncome ..... full job details .....
