About the Role:As our HR Advisor, you''ll play a vital role in delivering trusted HR guidance across the business. You will be offering support on a wide range of HR matters-from employee relations and performance management to recruitment, policy advice, and other HR matters as required. What You''ll Do:Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategiesContribute opinions and advice to HR projects that are currently in process.Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure legal complianceWhat We''re Looking For:Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar roleSolid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practiceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable but not essential You will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, however there could be some flexibility on this.
