This role is key to ensuring HR technology supports operational excellence, enhances user experience, and meets the evolving needs of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Systems LeadershipOwn the architecture and roadmap of global HR systems, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.Continuously improve the experience for employees, managers, and HR teams.Change ManagementLead the end-to-end change management process for HR systems.Develop and execute a global change strategy aligned with business goals.Conduct impact assessments, readiness reviews, and gather stakeholder feedback to implement improvements.Ensure systems comply with privacy standards and governance requirements.Technical ExpertiseAnalyse, configure, test, and implement HR system solutions in line with the roadmap.Maintain system reliability, compliance, and performance.Provide technical guidance, training, and self-help resources for end users.Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployments.Supplier andamp; Vendor ManagementManage relationships with system vendors, ensuring issues are resolved and future enhancements are delivered.Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
