Job Description:

• Deliverandnbsp;differentiated,andnbsp;multi-sensory lessonsandnbsp;tailored to pupils with a range ofandnbsp;learning needs, includingandnbsp;ASD,andnbsp;ADHD, andandnbsp;SEMH
• Create aandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;structured, andandnbsp;stimulating classroom environmentandnbsp;that promotesandnbsp;confidence,andnbsp;independence, andandnbsp;positive behaviour
• Work closely withandnbsp;teaching assistants,andnbsp;therapists, andandnbsp;parentsandnbsp;to develop and implementandnbsp;individual education plans (IEPs)
• Useandnbsp;formative assessmentandnbsp;andandnbsp;targeted interventionsandnbsp;to supportandnbsp;academicandnbsp;andandnbsp;personal development
• Contribute toandnbsp;whole-school SEN strategies,andnbsp;staff training, andandnbsp;inclusive practices
