They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion, delivering high-quality solutions for commercial clients.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for managing multiple mechanical projects ranging from 20k to 1m, covering:Installation and Delivery of HVAC systems, heating, ventilation, and hot/cold water services.Client Liaison - attending site meetings and ensuring clear communication throughout.Pre-Construction Duties - conducting surveys, supporting tenders, and negotiating contracts.Resource Coordination - managing subcontractors, labour, and material schedules.Compliance and Documentation - producing RAMS, OandM manuals, and overseeing health and safety.Quality Control - monitoring progress, managing variations, and ensuring snag-free handovers.What We''re Looking ForProven background in HVAC or mechanical building services.Strong understanding of industry regulations and supplier products.ONC/HNC in Building Services (HVAC) preferred.CSCS card essential.Confident working with CAD drawings and IT systems.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to lead independently while collaborating with wider teams.Benefits and Package 40,000 - 49,000 (DOE)Company carPrivate ..... full job details .....
