A background in FMCG manufacturing is essential for this role. Site based 5 days a week. The Production Planner will be responsible for:Creating the production plan to maximise efficiency and labour productivityContinuously updating factory status against the production planManaging stock levels and maintaining consistently accurate inventory dataProcessing all customer orders and adjusting forecasts when necessaryScheduling around hygiene and engineering worksMonitoring trends and customer order patternsActing as the main point of contact across departmentsEnsuring all data is regularly updated and backed up What you''ll need to apply:Previous experience in planning in fast paced environments - food, FMCG, logistics, automotive, chemical manufacturing.A strong ability to work with and interpret data.Experience with planning software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A good understanding of manufacturing processes and operating to deadlines.Accurate - high degree of attention to detail.
