We are looking for a Temporary Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team and help maintain outdoor spaces across East London. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week), working from allocated sites with occasional office attendance. About the Role As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will play a vital role in keeping our outdoor environments tidy, safe, and enjoyable. Your day-to-day work will include:Mowing, lawn care and plantingPruning, hedge cutting and seasonal upkeepWeeding, border maintenance and general landscapingOperating horticultural machinery (mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, blowers)Undertaking pesticide application (PA1 and PA6)Working effectively as part of a teamWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious horticultural experienceStrong plant knowledgeAbility to prioritise tasks throughout the seasonsGood written and verbal communication skillsIT literacyFull driving licenceSomeone who enjoys practical outdoor workA Basic DBS check will be required for this role.
