Experienced Residential Childcare Workers required to support young people (8-18) in a residential care environment.We have vacancies at our new Huddersfield home.We are looking for:Senior Residential Staff (£28,080 - £30,480 per year)Experienced Residential Staff (£23,484 - £25,914 per year)You must aspire to support the very best outcomes for young people. We will support you to undertake your Level 5 in Leadership and Management should you wish to progress. You must have worked in a residential environment and have sound knowledge of legislative frameworks that influence our practice. You must have an awareness of regulations. The ability to implement; care plans and risk assessments advantageous. You must also possess basic IT skills.You will be working as part of a team providing quality care to young people.
