I am working with a North London-based not-for-profit organisation. This organisation has a significant local impact, and they are looking for an Interim Financial Accounting Manager to join their team for a 4-6-month contract to offer stability in core financial accounting processes while the organisation goes through a period of sustained change.Key responsibilities include:Performing intercompany reconciliations and leading quarterly VAT and CIS returns, including complex VAT partial exemption requirements.Managing a small team of three junior accountants, reviewing and signing off their journals and reconciliations.Leading the trial balancing process at month-end.Overseeing bank, balance sheet, and payroll reconciliations, as well as general ledger maintenance.This role is based in the North London office twice per week, offering a great opportunity to work in a purpose-driven environment while supporting the ongoing financial operations of the organisation.To be considered, please meet the following criteria:Fully qualified accountant.Experienced in managing small financial accounting teams, ..... full job details .....
