Manage between 60-80 customers depending on geographical area, including a mix of end user, GPO and Public Sector businessBuild and leverage strong customer relationships to unlock growth opportunitiesGrow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth vs targetsPartner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer a wide range of practical solutions and productsUnderstand competitor activity and proposals, ensuring the best local solutions are offeredWork with Framework Partners to onboard new businessAct as a brand ambassador for Brakes in the local marketProfile / Qualifications

Highly service-focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you doTenacious, resilient, a self-starter with drive and determination to succeedDemonstrable experience of delivering against targetsSelf-motivated to develop professionally, engaging in continuous improvement and learning from a diverse range of skills and LandD programmesWillingness to adapt to Brakes modernisation programme and new technology to improve the customer experience; experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essentialBenefits
