You will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. Role Description- Planned and Reactive Maintenance- Reduce reactive work (breakdowns, repairs)- Increase proactive work (continuous improvement) to achieve business targets.- This includes ensuring the safe operation of machinery, improving site facilities across a broad scope (buildings, offices, production lines, warehouse).- Mixers, Rollers, Extruders- CNC Machinery- Packaging Machinery- Cooling and Cutting Machinery- Belts, Chains, Bearings, Gearboxes- PLC Fault Finding Skills and Qualifications- Time served (apprenticeship) electrical / mechanical maintenance engineer- 3-5 years'' practical experience- Process oriented environment- Pro-active, continuous improvement attitude- Lean maintenance practices- Good communication skills- Flexibility (working hours, shift, where ..... full job details .....
