We are looking for a talented and driven Vehicle Architecture Lead Engineer to join our team on a contract basis, based in Warwick. This role is central to the engineering integration process across vehicle architectures, ensuring technical excellence and future competitiveness of our products. Key Responsibilities Design and develop vehicle technical specifications and attributes across multiple architectures. Lead resolution of complex, cross-functional engineering challenges, balancing competing requirements to deliver optimal solutions. Analyse current and emerging technologies, as well as competitor products, to influence strategic direction. Coach, review, and delegate tasks to junior engineers. Solve difficult and often complex engineering problems with a strategic and collaborative approach. Essential Skills and Experience Strong knowledge of whole vehicle engineering and cross-functional systems. Passion for vehicle development and innovation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and convey technical information. Proficiency in IT tools such as presentations and spreadsheets. Full UK driving licence. Desirable Skills Experience in whole vehicle development and validation. Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma). Proven track record in leading technical issue resolution.
